The EFR Mental Health Awareness Course is about raising awareness of mental health issues and reducing discrimination and stigma.
Understanding how to reach out and support employees, students, neighbours, as well as the elderly and the vulnerable is more important than ever.
The Mental Health Awareness course has been created by a team of experts who have more than 50 years of educational experience. It is an instructor-led, student-centered, and performance-based course.
Furthermore, this particular course was designed and written in collaboration with Dr. Richard Castle, who holds a PhD, an MDA, a BA, and is an AFBPsS. Dr. Castle is a Mental Health and Trauma Rehabilitation Consultant, the Director of Clinical and Compliance at the Grenfell Hope Project, an Associate of The Eleos Partnership, the Vice President of Deptherapy and Deptherapy Education UK, a UK Advisor for the Innovation for Wellbeing Foundation Bangladesh, and an Instructor for MHFA England.

A really good training course, very professionally presented by Tracy. I’ve been on lots of training courses over the years and too often they can be soporific! Tracy is one of those rare training professionals who can deliver training and keep a person interested all day! Great course. Highly recommended!

Couldn't recommend Tracy and her team enough for a first aid course. Having to renew it every 3 years used to send me to sleep. Not with these guys! Professional, up to date and with lots of toys to play with, without the death by powerpoint.
