Who are Rutland First Aid Training?
Here at Rutland First Aid Training we strive to provide high quality, personalised, fun and informative first aid courses. We use top of the range training devices, which are interactive and realistic. I mean how many First Aid courses have you been on where you were asked to simulate Choking. Not with us, our training aids allow you to practice which ensures you to gain a real understanding of how to handle someone who is choking.
Where are Rutland First Aid Training based?
Based in the rural county of Rutland. With it’s ever growing population, and new and expanding businesses, the need for first aid training was apparent. This was one of the key reasons Rutland First Aid Training was established. We are located in the village of Ashwell, Nr. Oakham, Rutland, Leicestershire with our sister company Dive Rutland, just outside of the market town of Oakham in Rutland.
Who teaches Rutland First Aid Training courses?
We only use our OWN trainers which allows us to offer you the high quality consistent training that we have built our brand around, and believe you deserve. All of our trainers have REAL life practical experience of first aid and have lots of knowledge to impart. Our course sizes are small, with a maximum of four persons and a minimum of two on our open courses. This is because our courses are about providing you with quality hands on time. Our belief is that First aid training is not simply about gaining a certificate, it’s about gaining real life saving skills, understanding when to use them and creating confidence to step in and provide first aid when it’s needed, all whilst providing time to ask questions.
Where can courses be completed?
The training can be undertaken at your site (subject to training space being suitable) or at our own local training facility. We are happy to travel to provide offsite training to the surrounding cities of Leicester and Peterborough, and the towns of Melton Mowbray and Stamford to name just a few. Offsite classes can be arranged up to a maximum size of 12 candidates per instructor and we are able to offer group pricing.
What Accreditations Do Rutland First Aid Trainers Have?
All of our trainers hold Emergency First Response(EFR) Instructor qualifications and Tracey holds an EFR Instructor Trainer qualification, so is able to train EFR instructors.
